How to Use:

1. Apply the cream at any convenient time after exfoliation to the problem areas of the skin. Important: do not wear clothes over the applied cream. 
2. Wrap the treated area with plastic wrap for 15 minutes to enhance the effect, and leave it on until fully absorbed. 
3. For best results, combine with physical exercise and/or walking. 
4. If used in the evening and not engaging in sports, it is best to apply the cream before bed to allow maximum absorption while the body rests.
